You know how there's an entrance to the Skyscraper in Downtown Los Santos so you can basejump from the Helipad?

and then the Big Pointy Building in Financial in San Fierro?

 

Don't you think there should have been an Entrance

to get to the roof of the Emerald Isle in Las Venturas?

 

There's a Parachute on the roof, just like with the other buildings,

and it's also the tallest building in the City/Las Venturas.

 

I know there's a Carpark which you have to drive up,

then climb the stairs to the Helipad, but then thats still not the very top.

 

What do you think the reason is, that there's no entrance to the roof?

Caligula's casino is different; the OP is talking about Emerald Isle which is located at the end of the Strip.

 

@Terminator-UK: There's no need for an entrance to the roof top. There's a Maverick on the helipad. Use it to get to the top of the roof where the parachute is. It's really easy so I guess there was no need to make it even easier.

There's only a parachute on top of Caligula's during one of the missions, or on modified saves like the Chain Game.

 

There are a couple of problems with the Emerald Isle Maverick. A minor issue is that it doesn't spawn until unlocked by flight school. More of a problem is the altitude and approach to this spawn point. Once it has been collected it is very unlikely to spawn again unless approached by air.

I know their different. I was just pointing out the fact that that the building is accessible and there is a parachute on the roof. Caligula's is most likley the building for LV rather then the Emerald Isle.

 

@OrionSR: There has always been a parachute there for me. Perhaps it's something added into V2?

Or maybe you've edited your IPL files to add the pickup. It's not there on an unmodified game, Ryan.

When I used to play SA, I used a 100% save file. Now that I think about it, the 100% was probably one from a Chain Game round which would explain the parachute.
