I go into the court room with my father, and the baliff informs us that the judge has dismissed our case, due to the lack of proof and the fact that the summons was poorly written (I never got a chance to look at it, personally). Â However, I did notice that the Andrews' case was still going. Seems I wasn't wrong about animal control being tired of their constant complaints. Â But, yeah. Some people have no respect for others or their belongings, and I feel that old-school medieval justice should be the only possible solution. Â Whilst I hope they do, I wouldn't envisage things improving too much in the near future - sh*ts are always sh*ts. Just be careful. Don't do anything that, if recorded, would make you look bad in court. Â Particularly important, and they'll probably be aware of the reasons why the case was dropped, and will know what bases to cover next time.
