greetings!

your message is a bit paradox:

I know how to make ped or any Boddy object transparent <--> I want to know if this could be done with 3D MAX or cleo

If you know how to make ped or object ransparent, in which way did you do it?

or do you mean unvisible?

You have to do it with a 3D modeling programm.....

making a ped invisible is possible but you can't make them a bit transpary like 'the ghost of CJs' mom' which appears in the Mister X mod by Zeb89 and Automan.....and maybe in X-files ....I'm not sure with the x files

No siggi. We did not in X-Files. Only Misterix.

@OP

If you said 51% to 3ds Max you would be right. Transparency is altered from the model.

james! thank You!

now ... as I am to be made transparent? xDD, is to model, but I have no idea how the hell do transparency, if someone knows a tutorial, let me know ;D.

and siggi, james is right, is on Misterix.

you should ask in modeling section, with script you can only make unvisible

To make it transparent, add an alpha texture to the original texture. Make it White for 100% visible, Black for 0% visible. Grey for 50%. And well, then just play around with the greys.

Only textur and dff don't need any setting?

And, can every ped have textures with alpha channel?

Yes, more or less. Did that with a few for my show, really easy.

You can alter the alpha channels by using photoshop CS3. I have made a couple of ghost textures by myself. There is no modeling required. Just find the alpha channel, export it in TXD Workshop, paint it gray, black, or anything in between depending on how invisible you want them. Then, import the alpha image back into TXD workshop. But, make sure you are replacing the alpha channel, not the real image. Then go to properties, and check: Alpha is Used, You should now have a ghost! One slight bug though. They can only be viewed interiors even if they are slightly gray. Its a weird bug. Anyways, have fun!

Huh? You must not be doing something right, because my transparent "actors" worked fine indoors and out. And not all actors HAVE an alpha, but it's easy enough to add/make one, as goin-god stated.

It must be possible to make an actor transparent by writing a value to the memory somewhere. MTA SA has feature to set opacity of actors and vehicles. I think the opacity variable that is modified by MTA is also used when peds and cars spawn and disappear in GTA because they fade out smoothly instead of suddenly disappearing.

@Bull

Did you link them to the interior? It has to be done or they spawn in the wrong place.
