Indiginous people from Dubai do generally have a very dark skin color - not one too indistinguishable from Black people. And this is coming from an Arab who (probably devoted too much time to) know of the different Arab peoples. I feel R* got it right the first time around with Playboy-X's comment (I am certain it had something to do with complexion, but I would be very interested in learning about what else it could have been about). However something made them change their minds - maybe to avoid inadvertently giving credit to the 'Arab = Sand-ni**er' insult or maybe a rich Dubai share-holder with an identity crises took exception to his people being correctly physically likened to Black Africans. An interesting alternative would be like some almost 40% of the Dubai population, Yusuf is originally from another Arab country, further up north. I am very interested in learing more about this character and really looking forwards to buying EFLC - and yes, it is like the first Arab in a GTA game. Not really sure bro, I've never heard any Arabic speech or any likeness of an Arab accent during English speech throughout my gameplay time (about 250 hours saved and countless other messing around without saving afterwards). A Message from Yusuf AmirTragedy struck today when members of the Liberty City Union for Construction Workers were gunned down on the site of my Castle Gardens property development. The idea that workers can strike is an entirely alien concept to me as I have worked hard my whole life and the more cynical amongst us might chalk this catastrophe up to karma. However, I would like to take this opportunity to offer my heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the families of the victims who died needlessly fighting a futile liberal cause. Out of respect for the dead, I am not going to use the word corruption but this whole incident reeks of foul play. What were union officials doing with semi-automatic weapons? I am confident that the authorities will carry out a full investigation. In the meantime, I pray for your families to struggle through life knowing this didn't have to happen this way. Work on the Castle Gardens project has been ceased indefinitely. I knew I should have listened to my wives and stayed in the Middle East. Does that mean he definately will go back? Not Arabic of course, but Pakistanian if understood it correctly. He is one of my favourite chracters in IV. Quetos are the best: "I see you are taking a break from romancing every animal in the zoo to abuse the generosity of your cousin." Or that brothel full of men joke.
