The ringtones are all the same as well and can be purchased from the ingame website luxury ringtones. You can't buy St. Thomas, you have to tip the Saxaphone players to get it. EDIT: I just got the St. Thomas Ringtone on LaD. Seems you have a good chance of finding the Saxaphone Players in the park around noon and it has to be sunny.
