SanAndreasManiac
have you ever seen an UFO? or had a Close Encounter Experience? I, personally saw 2 or 3 times weird things in the sky, that caught my attention, but wasn't very amazing, compared to other reports what's your story? tell it here! PS: needless to say, but: no spamming, no flaming, no trolling, and DON'T say things like UFO's don't exist, this is SERIOUS

Fnorg
I've seen tons of 'em. Sometimes I can't tell if it's a Cessna or a jet. ...get it? Unidentified flying object. Get it?
1ManArmy
I just watched a documentary about UFO's last night on Discovery Science and it was pretty interesting though i've watched several similar types of documentary about it. As usual, the Roswell incident was talked about with some pretty interesting facts and interviews and they try to narrow it down. And then there was a case of a UFO landing near a US base where they interviewed an MP that apparently claimed he physically touched the UFO. Honestly, yeah it's pretty cool if there are UFOs, but I doubt they exist. edit: Yes, I get it gronf. Hilarious. Har har.
John The Grudge
Yes I've seen a UFO. It was at night and me and a friend saw two large, pulsating red lights in the sky. They were close together so they were probably coming from the same source. Then they were gone, haven't seen them since.
Exkabewbikadid
I've never understood peoples' fascination with UFOs. In the event that someone sees something truly unidentifiable, it's likely an experimental aircraft, rocket, whatever. I've never encountered any reason to believe that there isn't a logical explanation for such things. I did, however, once see what appeared to be a giant prehistoric bird soaring through the sky, but I was really drunk, so it was probably just a frisbee. lilmcnessy
People use the term UFO incorrectly UFO's definitely exist A UFO could be a plane, a bird and alien but is not always alien I had seen something strange in the sky, it definitely wasn't a plane It was in the middle of the day And I think Aliens definitely exist, we are Aliens though as well to the other Aliens But in this modern world it is hard to identify anything with all these new gadgets and gizmos And makeup artists are so good these days I live near an aeroport and are hearing soaring noises all the time Edited September 24, 2009 by lilmcnessy
Ats.
Why the people think we (including other creature on earth) are the only one's in the universe? I think there is something out there. Sorry but, UFOs don't exist. Why are you so sure about that?
Tsar_Smirnoff
While I've never witnessed a U.F.O before, I do believe there is some form of life or even intelligent life within our galaxy. The Milky Way galaxy is 100,000 light years across and contains an estimated 200-400 billion stars each the same size or even bigger than our own sun, and in most cases, there are planets revolving around those stars. For those of you who don't know what a "lightyear" is it means that it would take you 100,000 years to cross our galaxy from end to end going the speed of light! Not to mention there are trillions of galaxies(each as big, or bigger than our own) in a universe that is infinitely expanding.....to believe we are the only living things in the universe or even in this galaxy is just....close minded. Benjimino234
Some people want to believe in UFO's (with aliens) and their mind can do the rest... But I want to believe in them, but yeah, there is nothing that is actually proven but its cool to imagine life outside our own.

Saggy
Yeah, I have. Well, I mean, not little green men, but I've seen some sh*t that no one could explain. Just three metallic objects flying in formation over some mountains. Apparently my city is a pretty big hotspot for sightings like that, and other people have sen "glowing lights" at night. Credible people as well, here just watch this Anyway, thing about the area is that it's right by several military bases, and Boeing isn't far away either, so I always figured it was just experimental aircraft stuff. However there is one guy that theorizes that the balls of light are caused by gravitational hotspots. I don't know the full theory 'cause I didn't buy his book, but the balls of light are so widely known around here that there's someone actually doing real research on them. It's spooky to go drive out into the woods. There are some spots where people say you're practically guaranteed to see them, but there's quite a few videos on YouTube so there's not much point. As far as what I saw and a bunch of other people saw, that's it. It was such a long time ago that I can't really say for sure they couldn't be identified. I was a pretty small kid. I do know that what has always creeped me out, is that I saw the UFOs twice. Once I was with my sister and her friends so I know I wasn't imagining things, but the second time I was at school, and I didn't want to ask anyone 'cause I felt strange about it. So I started walking and noticed it seemed to be following me; this freaked me out, and so I started thinking, "Stop following me, stop following me," and to my amazement it did, and it actually went away. Amazing coincidence, right? Well, the people that go out and try to see these lights in the sky all the time, assert that they're telepathic. Now I'm not saying I think that I may have telepathically communicated to an alien that I was about to piss me pants when I was a child, but I'm just saying it's one of those X file type creepy things that's even cooler 'cause it happened to you. QUOTE (K^2) ...not only is it legal for you to go around with a concealed penis, it requires absolutely no registration!
lloydo
I have seen an UFO, twas when i was young. It was too far up to be a plane, i couldn't make it out but it was an incredibly clear day so it could have been a satellite, but they're not that low either. I don't really care what it was, just some strange sh*t.

Slamman
Yeah, I've seen THE UFO, live, in concert in 1995. Got in on an autograph signing and there's a thread in music chat honoring their career. Phil Mogg, Michael Schenker, Pete Way, Paul Chapman, Neil Carter, Andy Parker, Mick Bolton, and some others who sat in on the line up. Like Atomik Tommy M (McClendon) UFO is one of the best hard rock bands ever, and they are spinning into orbit on tour with a new album THE VISITOR out now in fact!! Catch glimpse of them, if you're lucky! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Visitor_(UFO_album) In terms of the UFO not based on the UK club of the 60s where Pink Floyd often played, well, I've seen a fast moving SINGLE light so high up I doubt it was aircraft. It was at the darkest time of the night and I was just glaring up at space to see all the stars, so I would say, meteorite or satellite still. gtathebest4ever
Well I won't just go and say "UFOs don't exist", but the "proof" I've seen so far isn't very convincing.
MrcTOtheJ
Yeah I saw an UFO it said good year....wait that year sucked stupid alians. No but on a serious not I have seen wiered things in the sky before. Also that Yakima UFO sighting very well could be military as I used to live just north over the hill from there in a town called kittias five miles out of a bigger town but that aside the Yakima sighting is most likely a military exparament. (although as far as I know the bases there are only for training as me and my family frequently heard amunittion go off in the valley over in wich I used too live.) Slamman
...and of course the band is still out there touring and playing, so UFO exists as long as they are an entity. Tsar_Smirnoff
I don't believe in those stereotypical "aliens" with the oval shaped heads and the huge black eyes, and flying saucers and all that. I was pointing at the fact that out of the billions of stars in our own galaxy, there's bound to be hundreds of planets, possibly more that are similar in some way to earth. I don't believe that bullsh*t that this is the only planet in the universe that is unique in having oceans and life. There's bound to be other planets that contain some form of either microbial, plant, or even animal life.

1ManArmy
Actually as a matter of fact, recently this year I saw a UFO. It was a cold, night if I remembered correctly. My parents and I were going for dinner with our relatives which included my uncle and his daughters. We were driving back from the delicious meal we just had at a fine dining restaurant when suddenly my cousin vomited all over the car. Everything she ate for dinner came out in an instance. I could see all the half digested noodles and chicken we had with almost unrecognizable fish remains. The smell pissed me off as I just cleaned the car this afternoon and I started getting abit annoyed and commented on it. Suddenly I saw some kind of colourful lights in the sky and I immediately told my mom about it. But I saw the look on her face. She was angry that I made a rude comment on my cousin when she obviously wasn't feeling well. With a slap to my face my mom got mad. She said "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air." I whistled for a cab and when it came near, the license plate said "fresh" and it had dice in the mirror. If anything, I can say this cab is rare, but I thought, "Naw, forget it", "Yo homes, to Bel Air." I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and I yelled to the cabbie, "Yo homes, smell ya later!" I looked at my kingdom, I was finally there to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air.
lt_yao
Oh dude, not sure what I saw. but once driving back home at about 22:00 - 23:00 I saw three very bright lights just behind the forest, I thought those were parking lot lights, since there was a shoping mall, but as I drove past them, they weren't even close to that shoping mall. The lights were so bright and very white and were too big to be any praking lot lights. There was no reason at all for the lights to even be there if anyone wants to tell me that there's some kind of something... I drove many times past thee adn there are nothing that oculd emit that light. So anyways, I'm pretty sure I could make otu a think illumintaed line between two of those lights. I was away from that object, thing whatever by about 300 - 400 meters. And the second time I saw a possible candidate to UFO's was 2 months ago, driving back home from a long long trip, orange light emitting sphere, I thought, might me a sattelite, then as I came closer it was getting a tad bigger, and 10 minutes later the object was clearly floating near a factory. It wasn't moving and was stationed really near a chimney or whoever that's spelled. Might have been some kinda of device attached to the railings of that chimney or something, but it was pulsating a weak orange light, the light didn't completely fade out, you could see it's white color illuminated by an orange color. And a few days back I saw a light through my window that went from moving accros the horison and suddenly went up and disappeared.
