El Burro 69 Posted September 23, 2009 Share Posted September 23, 2009 I've known about a certain staircase in GTA IV now for awhile but have not shared it here on the forums. It is one of the most funniest places to push people down. Steep too with no breaks in the steps. Peds walk past inches away from the top of the staircase. Beleive me I searched for the best one and I think this one is king. Location: Algonquin, between North Holland and Middle Park. It is situated on Ivy Drive North on the left hand side of the map, near the waterfront docks. Look on your map at the intersection between Ivy Drive North and Vauxite Street, then head south (just a few metres actually) and you'll find a huge gray alleyway on the map (the thickest one) leading down to a dock area near to where some guys are busy with construction. The staircase should be easy to find. I apologize if you already know about this. I had awesome fun when I found this staircase. Some fun things to do Park a few cars at the bottom of the staircase (the surrounding are is big ) then head on back up and push some peds into oblivion, ending with the SPLAT against automobile steel at the bottom. Funny all the time. Whats great is that there is a constant supply of peds in groups that usually walk past the steps. Because its in Holland, expect to see a lot of hobos and 50 cent wannabes lol. This staircase is legendary. Please let me know if you're having trouble finding it and when you do feel free to share your opinions. El Burro 69 Posted September 24, 2009 Author Share Posted September 24, 2009 just tried it. it's fun, but only about 1/10 of people die. most catch something and just walk back up. yeah, thats why I get my handy baseball bat ready to slug any survivors that manage to make their way back up again The way I push the peds, they dont stand a chance The best way to master the art of pushing at this staircase is like this: Wait until a ped is walking directly in front of the staircase, then stand back a few meteres, sprint at your highest velocity and push. Watch the ped do barrel roles and cartwheels like a gymnast. Then there wont be any survivors I can try post a video in the next couple of days. Just that my Xbox cable is bust at the moment and can't play anything but I'll try. Theres a lot of fun stuff you can do with these stairs. Here it is, thanks for providing the map I didn't know where to find it. Note that the marker is situated on the thick gray alleyway to the left of Ivy Drive North. Im a staircase genius Theres another one thats just as good in central Algonquin but I've forgotten where it is. I go on TLAD, since Johnny can hit harder, and I just punch people down the stairs. Your best bet is to attack girls and guys will go after you. Go abit on the stairs and hit anyone you can and soon you'll have 2-3 guys rolling down. Hope you can count up to a hundred. *sidenote* No one knew about this? I did Can't prove I did, though. Oh well. I also like going in those enter-able buildings and pushing people down the stairs, seeing it's more close-up than the open ones it's pretty funny. There's always a hobo lying somewhere ! I see you did a lot of things that I mentioned lol, like the parking the car at the bottom and the running back and pushing the peds down with force. Hilarious video my favourite part was when the guy in glasses rammed into the side of the car and you wrote there "pawned" that cracked me up alot.
