Moss27
I haven't seen this stated anywhere on the board so far but on the nightlife page on one of the websites in the game it lists the strip clubs of Liberty City. In the page it has the name and location of 3 places...the 2 original strip clubs and Bahama Mama's. I wonder if they created the club to be fully interactive in Algonquin early in the development of the game, then decided that it would be one of the main dance clubs for Luis' story and simply closed the building but forgot to change the details on the website. You're probably right, It still looks a little like a strip-club to me with all the pink lights and the logo of the woman in the martini glass. TGMOS
You're completely right. Bahama's Mamas was originally intended to be a strip club, and like some other businesses that were advertised but not open, it too was not open. I guess R* decided to turn it into a nightclub for TBOGT. I'm just glad they're opening it up, as I always thought they would.
Pumpkin Zone
Well, there still could be like.. dancing girls in those little cages hanging from the ceiling like in certain clubs in New York, right? Bahama Mama's isn't one of Tony's gay bars, right? It wouldn't be far fetched to say that there still could be scantily clad women about the club. aChaChaCha
Might act as a nightclub but with a few more features available to the finiancally-stacked gentlemen
The Notorious MOB
Some clubs are run of the mill dance clubs but have live strip shows on aswell. Some also have topless women (and men) dancing on podiums and in cages and stuff so it doesn't neccesarily mean that they changed their mind about what sort of a club it was and the entertainment section of peep that sh*t could have just catagorised it as a strip club to let people that there was going to be nudity in it. I guess we'll have2 wait til October 29th to find out the truth.
