Girish
Moved to Troubleshooting. Is this a purchased copy or a downloaded one? Are you using any no-cd cracks? Have you tried reinstalling the game and deleting the gta_sa.set file from the User Files folder? Please post your system specifications too. radioman
Also, if this is a legit copy, Do you have a Realtek Sound card? If so, you will have to lower the Sound Accelleration, because Realtek cards have sound problems with certain games-like SA. I too had this problem on my XP Pro laptop, and lowering the Sound Accelleration helped. You can achieve this by going to Start, Run, type in DXDIAG and press enter, then click on the Sound tab, and lower the Accelleration from there. This only works on XP though, so if you have Vista, you are out of luck if on a laptop, but if on a desktop, you can simply get a better sound card. But Vista doesn't have a problem with Realtek sound cards-as far as I know-as my Vista desktop has a Realtek HD sound card, and I have not had sound problems yet. Also, there is a Pinned topic in EVERY Troubleshooting forum, that states when posting a help topic, you MUST provide the following info: OS and any service packs, RAM, Sound Card type, Video Card type and VRAM info, Does the problem always persist? has the game actually ever worked right? any changes since the problem started accuring? etc. Basically as much detailed info. as possible. This will help identify the problem, instead of the helpers haveing to guess-if the proper info is given, you will get a more accurate solution. Hope this helps.
