Why the OP now is getting the "do we need this" is hypocritical to say the least. The entire section of the forum is dedicated toward GTA IV (namely TBoGT) and we need to now criticize the OP for wanting to know as much info as he/she can obtain that ties into the world of GTA IV? Is there any mention of this in the game as in regards to height and weight? If not then we should just say "I don't know" and be done with it. I know Packie is waaayyyy shorter than niko while observing him in cutscenes, but as soon as Niko and Packie head into the streets, they are the same size. Check it out yourself. Bottom line - it doesn't matter how tall people appear in cutscenes, on the street all male character models appear same size. I remember the same thing happened with VCS. Freakin Vince appeared half a head shorter than his bro in every cutscene, but once they were on the streets - bang same height again. Limitation of the gaming engine? Maybe, maybe not? Then again I remember Carl being shorter than all the grove street gang members when I used to walk up to them. So bottom line - cutscene heights are not the same as ingame heights, so its not something you need to worry about. I think the standard male character height is 6 foot.
