The PC will always have better texture filtering and if you compare specs, the console always wins hands down, ram for ram, VRAM, ect. The simple fact is; if you compare spec to spec, the console will always win. The console version runs smoother than the minimum spec on the PC and at a higher resolution. The reason you feel that the console version runs smoother is because the fps is locked at 20-30 on the consoles. And even then, the fps drops considerably and the game lags during explosions and during demanding scenarios. The same car syndrome is also more dominant in consoles because of lack of memory which is not the case with the PC since we have an option to increase the amount of RAM and thus reduce the same car issue considerably. There is just no logical way that the console version is better than the PC version and if you still want to continue with this crap about consoles being better then take it to some other forum. Only post if you have something logical or factual to say; don't make up things as you go. If you're not willing to comprehend such simple things, then I don't even want to be bothered by you. Under a rock with some tasty ants?? The crappy cards in consoles are only with shader model 3.0 and few years old. The currentley ones is with shadermodel 4.0 and with much more shaders. PC beats consoles so badley the console will cry the shaders out. My laptop have doubled or 2 times doubled settings from the console. And locked at 20-32 FPS, (max fps I got on beach is 43) So a big irony fail. The i7 users, GTX200 series and 4GB RAM, Im speechless. In the end both have their strengths and weaknesses and if you just want to play the game in 5 minutes without issues, get a console.
