Maybe it's Gay Tony's personal speedboat...sort of like Brucie's personal Huntley Sport(or Calvalcade can't remember)? Looks like Luis is talking to Bulgarin, and I don't know about the other guy. Sure, at a quick glance the boat looks similar, but if you actually compair them, there're barely even similar. Definitely a new boat based on a cigarette style boat, and I'm sure will be far faster. That looks to be Luis and bulgarins crew parachuting to the building in (Dropping in) But don't get your hopes down.. R* knows how important MP is so i'm sure they'll be in. In the screen where there skylifting the Noose APC mission, guess this means bulgarin needs a noose apc for some heavy duty stuff? Or maybe marco needs it?
