I haven't even played TLAD yet as well and am planning to play both when Episodes From Liberty City come out. I was looking forward to Ballad more than to The Lost episode but after reading a few previews Im finding my interest is shifting more to Johnny's story. It seems like BOGT is shifting away from the malancholic blue-collar grunginess of GTA IV and from what I've heard, TLAD. It was because of this gritty feel that I enjoyed the games so much. Now Luis seems to be a rich hedonistic upper class socialite. Much different to the first two. I dunno maybe there's a sense of classism between the titles lol. BAGT looks superficial and obnoxious but thats probably what Rock* was aiming for anyway. If nothing else-leave out the details of specific missions for chrissakes! I feel like I've already played the whole game now just reading some of these previews. And then you've got the repetitive stuff...oh wow, he has parachutes? NO sh*t SHERLOCK. There are new guns? New cars? Bla, blah blah....I want to hear more about clubs and characters I guess...but not too much. I don't know, I think I just like visual hints rather than verbal or literal confirmations. I think you got Luis all wrong he definately wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he's new money. He was brought up in north holland and used to hang with the north holland dominican drug dealers. aChaChaCha Posted September 17, 2009 Share Posted September 17, 2009 I wasn't refering to player-reviews...Some of the big-name sites like gametrailers+Eurogamer said that GTA4's graphics were really starting to age quicker than expected when L&D came about. That was probably down to MGS4 setting a whole new standard for game graphics from there on probably. I saw that thing about TLAD graphics too, I don't know why they say it looked "aged"...Christ, what do they expect....it's a sandbox game, as people have mentioned...it sure as hell looks a lot better than other games in the genre(SR I'm looking at you). WTF's come out lately that they have to compare it to? Just wow. Rockstar sh*ts out pure gold, and the whiners complain that it ain't platinum. The problem is there's too many people like that, but not enough to feed to starving African villagers.
