Yes, it's true, but it's four years, in 1994, here's the article from Grand Theft Wiki: Toni is the capo of the Leone Family, just returning to Liberty City after spending four years in laying low. Toni sets about helping Salvatore Leone and the Leone Family, impressing his mother, helping various friends and weakening other gangs and criminal elements in Liberty City. But it's not that big deal anyway, since if I would add Toni, I'd have to remove Phil, since his bussiness can't be ignored by Toni, and Toni first meets him in LCS. So I'll think of something. Frank.s Posted December 25, 2009 Share Posted December 25, 2009 (edited) News! Currently i am creating an apartment safehouse for Paul, here is a teaser picture. That is the door to pauls apartment, it will have three interior rooms that i am modeling now, the exterior of the apartment complex is done allready. The white tall buildings in the background of the first photo are where the buildings that are being built in 1986 are. The reason they look different is because tommy vercettie bombed the building site in '86 vc, and new buildings were built on the site after that. As for the Phil, I gave you the reason why he had to be removed, since his bussiness can't be ignored by Toni, since Phil's very influental and Toni met him in LCS for the first time, that means he didn't know him before the start of LCS. drakic Posted January 23, 2010 Author Share Posted January 23, 2010 Well, frank.s designed all the weapons you see in the pictures from scratch, and they look good, nearly like the original ones, so I don't think they need changing. I don't know about Toni Cipriani idea yet, but probably Phil will be there instead of him, Orto_Dogge will think of something. For now, script is sent to frank.s, and he'll fix it for the v1.3, and he's also working on a first set of Vice City Hero missions. Here are the details: The player is on the back of a Barracks OL truck, with different weapons in first person view. The driver of the truck is Mark (or a normal cop if Mark dies in the story). The players objective is to kill various gangs and enemies, after time there will be harder enemies and better weapons for the player and the enemies. The mission is over when the truck is almost wrecked, then the camera fades out and then back to a view of a damaged Barracks OL arriving at the VCPD HQ.
