Gundog
Basically, I have a filled USER TRACK PLAYER folder with my music, but they don't play, only commercials and ads keep looping. Only VROCK.mp3 from VC plays, but every other file is ignored. Yes, they're all in .mp3 format, and yes my folder is in it's right place, and YES I have reinstalled at least a dozen times. Girish
Delete the sa-ufiles.dat and sa-utrax.dat files from the User Files folder and re-scan the tracks. If that doesn't help, try placing shortcuts in the User Tracks folder instead of the actual mp3 files. If that fails too, then try converting the files to either wav or ogg format. Gundog
Did, every single one of the things you suggested, an nothing helps. But I've seen that ufiles had VROCK.mp3 listed inside there, so maybe that's why it only played that file, would it help if I wrote the names of 70 other mp3s stored in User tracks? Girish
It's worth a shot. Try a few files first and see if the game plays them.
radioman
Did you try pressing F5 to skip tracks, remember, since you said it plays only the VROCK track, that the VROCK soundtrack is like 59 minutes or an hour and something long-depending on if it's the VC or VCS version, so that is a long track to sit through and wait for the next track to come on. If that don't work, try going into the AUDIO options and rescanning the tracks again. If that don't work, try what Girish said. Hope this helps
lil weasel
Have you temporarily removed the VROCK to see if it is overriding your other music?
