No many, except Rockstar Games have the old GTA IV builds, but they don't give it out to public. In my GTA IV Beta Mod, i've made just a new texture for his hoodie. I don't even know how to rig clothes by them selves without a ped to go with them from IV. Sorry, but I'm ONLY converting buildings and peds from IV. This would eventually make Rockstar's sales for GTAIV PC drop. So, I can't do a total conversion from IV to any other gta game. And anyway, I have been converting Bohan from IV to SA at the moment, and it looks BEAUTIFUL!!! But, I can't release this mod, even how much I would like to release it, I haven't fully converted Bohan to SA, but a building block and the roads surrounding and also Burger Shot with interiors! It looks so damn beautiful!!! Anyway, the point is, I can't make a total conversion from IV to SA or (assuming you've seen my GTAIV Island mod) develop any more of my GTAIV Island mod...
