Yusuf Amir is the arab in the turban (shawl?) that the "no pants" guy is talking to...You can't see Yusuf Amirs face in the trailer, just the back of his head just off the edge of the screen. The "No pants" guy is someone else...It's been suggested that it could be Omid Djalili, or more likely it's Dave "the mate" Bosoy who (according to the in game radio) was found dead in the river without pants... Turns out that pantless idiot IS Yusef And the Tuesday thing might be correct...I've noticed music CD always come out on a Tuesday (back when people actually used to BUY music), which I thought was odd because most people work on Tuesdays and don't get paid until the end of the week... I don't exactly remember the time, but it still should come before Wednesday... I actually kinda knew that they wouldn't put out trailers two weeks in a row. I thought there was a small chance that they still might though. If another character trailer comes next tuesday that leaves 6 weeks until release so if we were to get another one the last week in september and a second trailer mid october (two weeks later) that would set us up nicely for the 29th. Anyway, I assumed it would be two weeks because, looking back, The Niko Bellic trailer was released a week or two before the release of GTA IV last year.
