RR99i 0
Hi everyone , What I'm trying to do is, find a program that would work well with Windows 7 and my Logitech Dual Action gamepad. I was using Vice City Analogic Mapper 2.1, but my gamepad doesn't show up on it. I'm trying to use Xpadder, but don't understand it too well. What my biggest concern is the inverted, by default, of the right analog stick for first person camera on foot. I wouldn't mind also customizing my buttons to what I would like. Hopefully someone can help me. I've been having trouble with Vice City, my gamepad and Windows 7, since Windows 7's Beta.
RR99i 0
I have a feeling I won't get help on this. I tried getting help for this about 5 or so months ago. I've heard from somewhere about xPadder. I don't know if you guys could help me set that up, maybe a Vice City profile. Mostly just my concern I want to figure out for the controls. RR99i 0
Yeah, I'm not sure if there is a possible way to fix this control problem on Windows 7 or even Vista. xPadder maybe the best bet, if it does what I want it to do. Just not sure how to use it, sorry.
Heihachi_73 6
That's got to suck badly. I have a Logitech Dual Action right now, glad I didn't take up Vista or 7 yet, not that it would be worth running on an ancient Celeron from the P4 era. APart from the still A$50 price tag, I haven't found one fault with the gamepads, apart from not being able to map the D-pad to anything at all in the GTA3 series, which is Rockstar's fault or lack of thought. San Andreas is by far the worst affected in this field.
Spuds725 879
I heard that windows 7 (not sure about the beta) will include a windows XP mode to overcome driver issues that will/have undoubtedly crop up... This should allow you to play VC...

Maybe I haven't played around with XP Mode much to find out otherwise. But hopefully in the end, I'll definitely be able to play VC with my gamepad and hopefully Vice City Analogic Mapper. It wasn't met for gaming, could be why I can't use my Logitech Dual Action gamepad. So I don't know what to do...
