I've always thought maybe it be cool to see a female protagonist but I also thought following a female through dates with dudes and menstrual cycles. . . nah. It's not a homo phobe thing I don't mind the gay characters in GTA, but there are different interests in a straight man's world and a woman's or a Gay guy's. It really is a turnoff if activities included going to gay strip clubs or going for "hot coffee" with a dude. Either way, Again, I'm not saying he's Gay. Just What you thought if he was. I don't need proof or anything. BTW, That was a Surprise too. GTA IV is full of'em. I imagine that they would have been worried that a lot of players would've been put off by a gay protagonist, so they make this as clear as they can. I guess there are just a lot of narrowminded people out there, and Rockstar aren't exactly going to take such a risk when their sales are at stake. There were so many people on the web who said that they're not going to play TBOGT because they thought they would have to play as a gay person. So R* had to make sure that in the trailer it's clear you will play as a straight person. Personally I have nothing against gay people but as a main character in a GTA? hm....I'm not sure if it would work, for me and for Rockstar. The story basically involved getting revenge on people double-crossing you (I think, can't remember too well), personally I really liked the idea. Who said gay people have to talk in a feminine voice and wear tight-ass tank tops? Hell, in IV, there is a certain pedestrian that is gay, and if you kill him. He has the woman's scream voice. I wanted to make an observation on Luis however, I've always been doubting theories presented here with no official backup data, however, Luis as shown and depicted in Three Leaf Clover, and as the likeness of the gunman in the window in Museum Piece, I am changing my opinion to one more definate that Luis is that character...
