It was in and out for most of Europe I believe. Tank seemed to suggest that it was something to do with the DNS when he fixed it, however it does seem a bit strange that loads of people's collective settings took ages to update.

You mean USSR versus US, or Warsaw Pact versus NATO?

 

If nuclear weapons weren't used, probably the US. If they were, probably the USSR- who developed the whole MIRV idea much earlier than the US did and still have about triple the total warheads to the US because even their battlefield-level nuclear weapons have multiple warheads. If we're talking NATO versus Warsaw Pact, most definately NATO in regular conflict, little more difficult if you start involving the bomb.

What I meant is that I thought those kind of topics were discouraged, doesn't it give us a bad image? Why can we talk about weed but not mention modded .exe's in the modding forums?

 

Also, anybody know about S.Partrick? He gave me my first respect list entry.
