Do member log entries such as warnings ever get removed? On other forums, moderators remove them after a couple of months if the user did not repeat his mistake\make new ones. I did a stupid mistake and I have a warning now, I also received a reminder this same month.

Your saves should work, since AFAIK, San Andreas has got nothing to do with Live.

I agree, and it usually has to be members dating back to about 2004 or so, it's just the way of the world man, i know a ton of innapropriate things i have said on here that have been frowned upon (I don't give a sh*t) and then older members seem to then come back along and say the same sh*t that i have been saying, they get respect for it, really is just the way of the world.

Depends on if they think you're a "flight risk", and if they do think you might not show up in court, they'll set you a bail and if no one can cover the bail price then you'll be held in jail.

 

If no flight risk, you'll just have to show up in court and are free to move around otherwise.
