Why is it that I am only 18 years old and my lower back area and legs tremble/shake when I bend down or when I try to do an exercise with my legs? When I walk up stairs I don't get any trembling/shaking. To understand what I am saying, ever seen people that hold their hands out and it shakes? Due to them drinking lots of caffeine... I mean, then again, it is cold here in New York and I haven't been doing anything athletic since September. Maybe I just need to get some strength back?

Of course its safe for you. Maybe not for the toilet since you'd be peeing so much but it will help. Your meant to drink about 8 glasses of water a day anyway. Although I'm not sure how drinking will actually help your cold since colds usually just pass on their own.

It helps to flush your system of intoxins i believe.

@Graphix, You probably just need more excercise really. I was working fitting kitchens a while ago and had to carry materials + tools upto apartments where i was working, depending on what i was carrying the objects could weigh upto 50kg (110lbs) so obviously i had some strength to accomplish that task. Then i took on a job where i was working on computers, i did that for 3 months before i went back to construction and i encountered the same sort of problems that you're having whilst lifting stuff that was light in comparison to the kitchens i had to haul up stairs. It's just a matter of building yourself back up really.

Serbs: Neo-Russian, nationalistic commies; cheeky.

Croats: Neo-German, nationalistic fascists; stubborn and can't take a joke.

Montenegrins: Lazy pieces of sh*t who are really Serbs yet claim that they're not.

Slovenians: Pussies.

Macedonians: Whiny Bulgarians.

Bulgarians: Fascists.

Romanians: Gypsies.

Albanians: Drug-dealing, people-smuggling criminals.

Bosnians (as a region): Hot-headed and nationalistic, regardless of ethnicity.

Bosnian Muslims: Neo-Turkish, nationalistic Islamists who actually don't care at all about Islam.

Jews/Chinese: Are entirely materialistic and are only focused on money, and are good at Math.

Lol, as GTAvanja mentioned, most of your stereotypes are just insults.

'Macedonians: Whiny Bulgarians.'

Don't know where you got this from, seems like a pretty cheap shot at Macedonians.

I'll do a few using your perception of stereotypes.

Serbs: Russia's bitch, In bed with Greece, Like to commit genocide, Communists.

Jews: Money hungry tight asses, work together to screw over others, a religion not a race, big noses, whiny voices, want something for nothing.

You probably just need to get some strength back as you said. I'm not going to pretend to be a medical professional or anything, but do you have a family history of back/lower lumbar problems? You mentioned trembling, do you ever fall down unexpectedly or find your hands uncontrollably shaking?

The Russian Vostok Station in Antarctica circa 1983?

I vote that as best answer. We also would've excepted a Woolly Mammoth in Siberia as an answer.

As much as a regular copy if you're selling at a retailer. Otherwise, probably 90$ at most.

Actually no I don't have any family history of that. And my hands don't shake either nor do I fall down unexpectedly. Maybe I am overreacting to this. Probably just temporary.

I'm not sure if you caught my post or not with it being the last reply on the page beforehand but yeah, it is probably temporary.

Probably just temporary, but if you're extremely worried about it then please consult a physician. I was hoping you answered no to all the questions, otherwise it sounded a lot like mild Parkinson's disease, thank god it isn't.

Not always, but in general they are. But my problem here is that with the post I quoted, Stefche's own personal agenda seems to be apparent in some of his 'stereotypes.' Some of those I've never heard of, which makes me believe that it is his own opinion rather than a widely used or renown stereotype. His own Serb stereotype doesn't seem that bad..I mean, 'cheeky'.....come on. sarcasm.gif

Why would I have a personal agenda? I'm not racist. Besides, why are you taking them so seriously? I've heard those stereotypes (even the one about Serbs) from family members' jokes, both in Australia and Serbia. And are you seriously going to tell me that nobody has ever referred to Macedonians as Bulgarians? As for the 'whiny' part, well, my cousin used that in reference to your argument with the Greeks over the ethnicity and nationality of Alexander the Great, but I don't think that even he meant that all Macedonians were whiny c*nts.

They're stereotypes for a reason: they're not actually true, and only come about out of individual observations, before being amplified to generalise a whole group. No need to be so easily offended, man... next time, I'll write a paragraph, which, after being verified by a lawyer, will be used as an official proclaimer claiming that what I wrote was not intended to offend anyone, and was not meant to represent the true feelings of myself and my thoughts... if that'll make you happy. tounge.gif

See, now I could kick up a fuss about your new stereotype of Serbs... but I'm quite comfy in Russia's bed to complain. biggrin.gif

GTAvanja: I don't know how it came about either, you guys come from the same mountain range as my father's family, making you instant bad-asses, but I've heard more than a few times that you guys are lazy. One of our close family friends is from Montenegro, and we take the piss out of him all the time for being a lazy doll-bludger tounge.gif (though he isn't), and my mum's ancestors from like 500 years ago were Montenegrins, if that makes you feel any better.

Here's another one Sanjeem, in case you need any more:

People from the former Yugoslav: Always take things seriously. tounge.gif

EDIT:

Graphix14: Whatever you do, don't do any heavy weights. Your body's still in its developmental stage (it is for males until the age of 21), but like Chris said, just try and do some strengthening exercises for your lower-back area which don't require heavy weights. Push-ups are great; even if you do 5-10 at a time, but repeatedly, you'd be surprised as to how strengthening it is. If you do need to use weights though, make sure to go light weight/high repetition, not heavy weight/low repetition, as that can be really sh*tty for your growth and development, even though you're close to finishing that stage up. If it persists though, or if you have any more queries, just shoot me a PM, since my dad's a doctor specialising in musculoskeletal problems, and was the one to teach me all this stuff, so I'll be able to ask him if you have any more problems. icon14.gif

Yeah, that happens to me too because i work part time with my dad, and after being in school all week then going to work on random days working with heavy objects gave me a really sore back and shaky fingers. I suggest getting a small set of weights to keep yourself from trembling and aching, also it could be how you sit in your computer chair, i used to be really slumped at my desk and i had a really bad back.

Edit: didn't see stefche's post: Push up's are great for that kind of stuff.

Cool, thanks. Prices are the same for both, btw.

I suppose another question is this: Australia has had a very weird summer this year, very wet. Has the weather been odd at all in the US and will the summertime over there be sh*tty like is has been here all season?

Wet summers can gagf

You're a racist man. I don't care where you're from. You're to judgmental and conservative. Maybe you should stop posting for a while before you offend more people. Who's next? African-Americans, Jews? Maybe you'd like to take a shot at Jamaicans?
