I have a question, why do people put 'agree' instead of 'I agree' or 'agreed'? I could understand a grammatical mistake if it was at least above elementary level, but sadly it is not.

No, I don't believe it's illegal.

 

Also, here's what I use:

 

Real Player

 

It's free, but it comes with some bulk on it. Like it has a built-in browser which you can choose to ignore because it's very basic and doesn't take up much space. It also comes with a converter that can convert to 3GP.

 

To watch the videos that you've downloaded, you could use your average media player, the program I linked to above, or my personal favorite, VLC:

It converts to 3GP, a cell phone supported format.

As you can see, there's some RWJ videos on there, which proves that it can download from sites like YouTube. It also downloads in HD formats like 720p, 1080i, or 1080p. But HD videos lag like sh*t in Real Player, so use something else to play them.

It cannot do that, you have to just enter the URL into the address bar, wait for the video to start up, mouse over the video, and a little tab should appear that says, "Download Video" (then click on it to download the video) . Sorry.

 

Well this program does have a destination folder called 'Realplayer Downloads' which should be located within your 'Videos' folder. But that really shouldn't matter if you plan to convert a video to your phone. Just click 'Convert' when a video finishes downloading, then you can choose 'Browse' which gives you the option to save it directly to your phone.

 

From past experience, I've managed to download many videos form many different websites, not just YouTube.

I use a program called Any Video Converter, which grabs a video from your hard-drive and converts it into one of many formats. It's a very simple interface too. You can use Vixy.net to convert a URL to any format too - that's if you don't want to install and run a program. Keepvid is also very good.

RealPlayer is a good choice also! It's like Media Player but it also lets you download videos. You'll need a MP4 Converter tho'.

In the US or in the UK, do music channels show full videos? For example 50 Cent's In Da Club video has a 50 second intro, do they usually show the full versios of videos like those?

UK music channels usually show full videos, but if the video is explicit there will usually be a cut version to show, which is just a standard video without all the sex/drugs references. Think of it like a song on the radio and the differences between that and an album version. Some music channels have a specific slot to show explicit videos but most don't have that window, so it's usually good clean fun as far as videos are concerned.

 

I assume it's the same in the US.

To attempt to answer your question:

 

I don't really care who likes and me and who doesn't. But I know from being here for a little while that topics that go really off topic or get infiltrated by spam (old Hot Chick Topics, anyone?) always end with bans, while the topic gets locked. I like this topic, so I don't want to see it go down the tubes like many other good topics simply because everyone decided to make a joke.

However, in the ebb-and-flow of longer topics like this one, there's always going to be something that happens which diverts the conversation for a page or so before it gets back on track. If it's a major problem, then the moderators will pop in, give a quick warn and then bail again, warning anyone if it's necessary.

 

Conversations are naturally tangenital. It'd be foolish to believe that we don't change course once in a while.

Yeah it's a generalized term within the PC modding community which refers to a game strait out of the box as opposed to the modded version, IE: Vanilla Oblivion, Vanilla IV, etc.

The f*ck won't my GTAF account stay logged in? I used to use Chrome, now I moved to Firefox. I logged out of it on Chrome where it remembered me. Now on Firefox I've selected the 'remember me' and it doesn't so I have to log in everytime.
