Say it's a 30 degree (celsius) day outside, and the sun's shining in full force. I go outside to lie outside and try and relax, even with my top off. Very quickly I become so relaxed that I fall asleep.

 

However, why is it that if it's above 20 degrees at night, I find it impossible to sleep? I could be butt naked and lie with no covers and sweating like a pig, yet I still can't fall asleep. I'm not an imsomniac or anything, I just find this f*cking bizzare.

I am not sure why that is, maybe it is just because you are trying too hard to get to sleep at night time? But below are a few tips I found on the internet which could help you sleep slightly easier when it is uncomfortably warm outside. Most of them are obvious, but some are rather clever.

 

Use thinner sheets. Make your own air conditioning unit using a bowl of ice and a fan, the air will be very cool until the ice inevitably melts. Sleep with an open window, as long as it is not to windy outside it shoud keep you cooler. Have a cold shower immediately before bedtime, and if you still can not sleep, wet your face with cold water...

If you are doing that, try thinking of something you can think about and keep your mind refreshed for a long time. Think about that thing and nothing else with your eyes closed and eventually you'll fall asleep.

Oh, we already discussed that a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time ago. He is not voice acting, I possibly could because my voice is actually deep and could act a 16-18 year old. (yes it sounds kinda cracky like most teenagers do)

I just thought that it was quite funny, and was wondering if you guys thought that by saying that his voice is deep, he is actually just saying that he did the voicing and sounds like a preteen?
