I'm afraid that the return of Sam will be just like that of TonyCJ's and a bunch of others who keep on coming here with endless accounts.

It really sucks, I believe the admins banned a member for a reason and he/she shouldn't return here but move on with his/her life.

besides there are more GTA Forums on the internet (GTAGaming GTAinside etc.)

I've been on EA forums for a few months and we have this one user who constantly feels the need to create new accounts and send us all sickening messages. Because the forum has no e-mail verification, he appears even more frequently.

 

What did this user that you are talking about do to get banned and where does he usually troll when he creates a dupe account?

 

Despite this, I'm still looking forward to posting here and hopefully it will become more active when an announcement about the game is made.

this person on EA forums who send you sicking messages could also be someone on here who posts gay porn over the forums and sends out LOOAAADSS of pm's to people

i have had 3 messages off him

like Sam he gets banned and he creates new accounts gets banned again creates new accounts etc.

but Unlike Sam he dont create new accounts every 10 minutes

I think you need an international driving licence thing you can get in your own country, that with that you can drive cars in other country if you're on vacation or whatever, but i'm not sure, so you're better off asking in the vehicle chat. I think it's like that at least where i live, or so i've heard.

I think you need an international driving licence thing you can get in your own country, that with that you can drive cars in other country if you're on vacation or whatever, but i'm not sure, so you're better off asking in the vehicle chat. I think it's like that at least where i live, or so i've heard.

Most if not all EU countries now give you an EU driving license, which is standardised to be used in all EU countries. I don't know about the old licenses though, can't help you with that.

This links back to a case I saw whilst viewing in court today where a Slovakian man was arrested last night for driving under the influence and I think he had an international/EU passport so he could drive legally. He was only on holiday visiting a friend though so the judge just suspended him from ever driving on roads in the UK again

 

As other people have said, I assume the UK passport does not work anywhere abroad and you must apply for a separate license in other regions.
