You are what you consider yourself, not what others consider you. If you define yourself as a Catholic then you must be a Catholic. If you could provide some information regarding what you disagree with regarding your faith then somebody may be able to paint a more accurate picture of what you actually are.

Well it depends, I am no expert as an atheist, but there are many branches of Christianity, perhaps you fit into one of those better? But at the end of the day faith is a lot of the time very much different from person to person, you are free to classify yourself as Catholic without agreeing 100%.

This is something that I do not agree with in the religion. Especially "God created the world in 7 days" thing which I freakin' doubt 100% I do believe in things like Heaven, and 10 commandments but things like killing your family when the Lord asks you to is a little ridiculous.

People love labels. They have this need to categorise everything. Problem is, labels can often be wrong or misleading. Why not just have your beliefs and be happy with them? Why do you need to label yourself? I'm not a religious person, but I refuse to be called an athiest. That implies I lack something, which I don't feel is accurate.

It depends on the person, man. Just like certain people can't take anti-anxiety meds, because it actually makes their symptoms worse. Certain brains are just going to react badly to certain substances, so there are people out there who can't smoke weed. You can't make the claim that something has the same effect on all people.

Some people my age still have a voice that cracks sometimes. You just have to give it some time and it will come. Everyone hits/completes puberty at different times, so it would be hard to say exactly.

Only for some people. For many people it has no real mental side-effects at all, but others can experience the side-effects that are often talked about like addiction and paranoia. I guess it just depends on the person. I know people who've smoked weed for years and have never been particularly worried or paranoid when I've seen them, however there is one particular person who I know that is a serial worrier, and he has been smoking for approaching 3 decades now. So yeah, it depends very much on the person that you are as to whether you experience paranoia or anxiety as a result of cannabis smoking.

Paranoia is only caused by certain strains. Even with these strains, the paranoia only lasts for as long as you're high. It doesn't take over to when you're not high.

 

If a person who smokes ganja is paranoid when he/she is not high, the person is likely to be naturally paranoid.

 

Oh and the reason such strains exist is due to some irresponsible breeders who have forgotten the importance of all of the cannabinoids in ganja and have simply focused on jacking up the THC levels (which has caused cannabidol, a very strong antipsychotic used to treat anxiety, schizophrenia, ADHD and other mental illnesses, contained in ganja to be bred out). Ganja has never caused paranoia before irresponsible breeders started meddling with it. The good news though is that there are still some strains which these irresponsible breeders haven't destroyed and more people are now aware of the importance of CBD and other cannabinoids, so the amount of strains causing paranoia is likely to fall in the future.

This is not strictly true. I smoked pot for years and gradually the paranoia got worse irregardless of what kind it was or its potency. Also, if you take certain medications the paranoia from smoking can be even worse. The last time I smoked, and the last, I was extremely paranoid and anxious after just one hit. This paranoia persisted for hours and didn't go away until I slept, well after any high I attained.

Sadly much of the commercial ganja available in most parts of the world (including the US) are strains which have been bred for nothing but THC, hence the paranoia. Your case is no different. Look up the strains you smoked for their CBD content and you'll see that it's 1% or less at best.

 

There's a lot of factors that play a part in the high you get from a strain. These include the proportions of the different cannabinoids present in the strain, terpenes present, etc.

 

Here's something for you to try. Get some Cannatonic (it's a strain with a 1:1 ratio of THC to CBD) from a legit dispensary or a reliable grower (since names don't mean anything with most street dealers), and tell me it isn't the most amazing ganja you've ever smoked. I can guarantee that you will have no paranoia.

 

The reason why I'm so sure about this is that it has been proven that CBD counters some effects of THC such as paranoia.

 

Edit: an alternative to Cannatonic is True Blueberry x OG Kush or Pineapple Thai though these have more CBD than THC which means you wouldn't be as stoned as you would be with Cannatonic.

Hey, I have a question.

 

I have this sore-feeling pain in my heel and I assume that it is a heel spur. It usually begins to bother me when I have ran around or have simply walked for a bit. When the pain begins to act up, I pound the area with me knuckles or fist to releave the pain {I do not know if this is the best thing to do}. I have had this for a while now, maybe about ten or eleven months, and it is starting to annoy me. I am going to see a doctor soon {even though I should've a while ago}. To treat the pain I pound the area with my fist, massage my feet, rub Suave or Lubiderm on my foot, etc. Can somebody explain to me what I might have and what I can do to heal it?

After you answer his question above, could sombody with a deep understanding of Assest seizure help me. Bassically I've been wondering this for a while. Say theres a criminal who allegedly used his money from crimes such as Drug trafficking, Robbery, Contraband to invest into the economy and manages secretly to launder all his ill gained profits from authorities. However then when the authorities beleive that the criminal is gaining to much economic power and beleive that he is laundering money from ilicit activities they "Seize" the property. What happens then? If the defendant pleads not guilty in a trial does that mean the properties get given back to the defendant or does the government keep them? Even if the defendant did plead guilty would the assets still be confiscated by the government?

 

I know there are different laws in different countires, the one i'm focusing on here is Italy.

 

It's because recently in Italy there was a seizure of almost 200 million dollars worth of assets, and bassically in the past the government has always seemed to make the headlines really big on paper, but then the criminals hardley do any time and I'm not sure what happens to their assets. If by any chance they are taken away, is it just the profits or the actual buildings and land?

 

Thanks to whoever helps out on this question, it is difficult.

I'm not sure about Italy, or where the law stands to this day, but a relative of mine had a ton of assets seized by the government and he fled to SE Asia in the fallout from this.

 

Even when he returned with no legal action, those assets remained with the state and were sold off.

 

Also, I know it is Cracked.com, and USA-centric, but #6 is relevant.
