VRAM on the GPU is like the single most important factor when running this game.. This is bull. Vram is important for higher settings in GTA 4 Processor power is more important for performance (see higher FPS) in GTA 4. Try reading what you are quoting before you respond with 1 sentence "winners" like that. Partially wrong. Processor power AND gpu power are both the most important for GTA IV. You can't take a i7 965 + 12GB RAM+ 8400GT with 1GB VRAM and set all things to high. It won't work. We weren't discussing graphics, we were discussing FPS before you made your first comment. Vram has nothing to do with FPS unless your trying to max graphics on a low end card. CPU is the MOST IMPORTANT aspect as far as game performance (FPS). Get it now? It's just going to take a while for the technology to get there to do it. @ CharmingCharlie: This was the core of my argument that we should have Anti-Aliasing. In a few years, you'd be playing with 16Q. (And yes, I understand it was financially inefficient to develop AA for the PC. However, I still wish we had it... and DirectX 10... and better water.)
