Although it hasn't been confirmed that there will be an APC as for as I know, the only website reporting that is GTA NeXt which provides no source and have only been correct about the P90 so far, although that wasn't their info originally, it was detailed by the guy who played the demo. Assuming 6 stars will get the APC after you in BOGT, being shot at with a mounted machine gun would kill even the mega-strong GTA protagonists in a split second...no fun. It's the same logic as in SA when the tanks wouldn't shoot their cannon at you. The APC will probably NOT have a gun and just be used to transport whatever faction uses them and for barricades. Err...because it would be stupid to have a slow tank follow you around trying to run you over but refusing to shoot it's cannon at you. IV is more realistic...well, SLIGHTLY more realistic so R* will probably go with an APC over a tank. Behold... edit: Whoops! Forgot about the 'no scans' policy here...
