Unless your friend works for Rockstar, it is obviously fake. Why don't you ask your friend the exact location from where he got the exe? That's what I said previously. We need a link to a credible source. He says: 'I found it on http://www.rockstargames.com/support/IV/PC/' 'I found that its going to be released on 14 Oktober or 24 Oktober' 'I have nothing more, no changelog, nothing else...' It's obvious he's lying and he doesn't know no one working at Rockstar. This is pure sh*t, still this thread has 2 pages already. The official one is http://www.rockstargames.com/support/IV/PC/patch/index.html and there's nothing about a new patch. And, even if it was a mistake and they uploaded it for a few minutes, why would they do so 1 month and 24 days before the supposed release date of the patch? If indeed it's going to be out on October 24th, they wouldn't upload a copy of the patch on September 1st! It doesn't make sense at all, so just go post fake stuff on other place. You look stupid. I got my friend to ask his friend about where their friend asked another friend's dog handler that happens to chat to Sam Houser where to get it.
