" two major things. 1.First of all R* isn't going to do the whole semi realstic thing to the core EVERYTIME. That being said please don't continue to go around here saying " Well since GTA 4 was this and that the next HAS to be this and that". 2. This line Suddenly you're lifting up train cars with helicopters and it looks amazing and ridiculous, and after what you've gone through in the past, you're like, 'wow, this is a really good payoff for completing this journey.' " Pretty much sums up it's Rags to ricges. I'm very glad about that myself. Also earlier in the article Luis is trying to climb up the Liberty City social ladder.
