Niall Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 awesome topic mate! and i think that AK that bulgarin is holding is an AK-103/104 as it seems darker then the normal AK-47 and the AK 103 is darker then a normal AK-47/74 as it uses plastic parts to replace the woodern parts, like the stock etc. I'm 99.9% sure it's a AK too. Also whoever did that analysis is rather...stupid: This is a awesome screenshot, Luis hanging at the back of a train carrage, and a transporting helicopter is lifting it up, this is the same helicopter as the boxart. I'm really hoping it's a new weapon, the H&K MP5K with the specially designed briefcase (with red velvet in it). Good weapon for a faulty deal as it'll be like a decoy briefcase. It's stupid as the MP5 is more detailed and the most noteable difference about the MP10 is that it has a flashlight. Then again, you aren't even able to use the f*cking flashlight when aiming. gamefarter Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 One thing I noticed was the rate of fire for the new helicopter is probably three times greater than the Annihilater. That little thing packs a mean punch, I'm so looking forward to flying (and killing with) that thing. On a speculative note, the crane we see blow up is most likely due to some well placed satchel charges and may very well be a crane that belongs to Yussef, as he is a developer. Yes, very likely, especially as his smagh is plain white - the regional Arab clothes of the Arabian Gulf states like Dubai. The very short guy - despite having a somewhat South-Asian accent - also looks like an Average Arab - though most likely from further up North due to his much lighter skin tone compared to Arab from Dubai who have more South Asian/African admixture. Also Playboy X mistaken Yusuf for being African himself, before being corrected by Niko. Also noticed a briefcase in the background. Could they be weapons smugglers as well? Yes, as someone says, it does look like an Uzi case. RPG's never come in suitecases. As I've seen, they either come in big wooden boxes (from Serbia and maybe the same for Russian ones as well) and big green plastic ones for the Chinese RPG's. EDIT: Just a few more things: - 0:50-0:53 is one of those Sky-Crane helicopters you used once in SA, lifting a train carriage. How f*cking sweet is that? Love to see this during out-of-mission gameplay - Lady Happiness will have a new avante-garde hat. - 1:00-1:01 the crane destroyed is the one outside the newspaper building where that spook you did missions for stayed. Could it be somesort of assassination attempt on him - especially as someone said Luis is seen with Gracie Ancelloti? - 0:35 Bulgarin's AK is not an AK103 (AK104 has shorter barrel, it's a different gun). It seems black because of the lighteing, at 0:35 you can see the upper rear corner of the stock light up to a brownish color once some light hits it. Besides, despite R* having abandoned their "every gun has a generic role/niche" principle with DLC - especially with how they seem now to have gone crazy with shotguns, I highly doubt they'll make an exact copy of the AKM in GTA4, except with black furniture - which what the AK103 is to all intents and purposes. But then again, they got someone from nowhere near the Balkans to play Niko, and very well. So there is a possibility, and it could hopefully work out if that's the case. I really don't think anyone would use an AK with a bent barrel and things sticking out of it. Take a closer look, I'm 100% sure its a guitar. Edit: Heh, my bad.
