A Helicopter that can pick up the whole carage of a Train. A Momentarily Yaght, and Also Parachutes, New Weapons and vehicles. But Parachutes, Rockstar are really going back to the Old classic ways, So if BOGT has all of these, Imagine the NeXt GTA. d0mm2k8 Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 TBOGT is the end of the GTA IV chapter. That doesn't necessarily mean it's the end of the IV cannon. It could just mean that it's the end of the GTA IV game but not the cannon. Or you could be right because in a way, VC and SA were just chapters of the III cannon. But R* also basically said in 'The Art of GTA IV' book that they only start a new cannon in a new generation of gaming. When the '720' and 'PS4' are out, that's when I'd say GTA V will be out. mkey82 Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 This only confirms two of my theories. 1) The stuff they layed out in expansions should probably have been the part of the original game, but MS got their little greedy bastard fingers in the deal and made R* take the DLC route. 2) All that crap "uh, this and that wouldn't fit with Niko's character well" was a pile of festering horse manure. Oh yeah, also it was R*'s idea to keep the DLC's exclusive for xbox and to just totally ignore the other platforms that could maybe double the DLC sales? But from a practical point of view, you have to understand that not everything that you have seen so far will be carried forward to the next games. There might be some new additions, but they'll also cut down on some of the previous features. This is what we call 'marketing strategy'. If they give you everything in one game itself, then there won't be anything on offer for the other games and it will, subsequently, kill your interest. mkey82 Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 Well, I still think MS was the one that had this DLC idea as they wanted to give people one more reason as to why get the xbox version first. And if they did give that money to R*, then it's only normal they accepted such a deal as they probably wouldn't be able to make that much money from selling the packs on all platforms.
