It died around 2 weeks ago, and has been seen floating around. The area was roped off and no one was aloud down to the Whale, but it took 1 person to break the rule and loads of people followed. I spoke to the Coast Guard and said that I don't want to jump on the Bandwagon, but I could really do with the photos, and went down, and got back before the police came and pulled everyone away.
