buffalosoulj4h20
Going in order of scenes shown in the trailer. ''Nice to see you Mr.Bigshot''-Unknown Man. ( Luis looks away like he heard this a million times ) A hispanic man is obviously making fun of Luis for being a big timer. Jealous? Maybe. Luis grew up in Northwood, Algonquin around a gang called, Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers. I'm guessing he was promoted to the high life without his childhood friends who have always looked out for him. They become jealous and start to question his loyalty. Maybe they even ask his him to set them up with job or decide to take the glory and fame from him. Luis tries to please them and shows his loyalty through missions but they decide that he's not down for the gang anymore. Or maybe he just chooses not to be. ''I made a deal with the wrong devil''-Gay Tony They are probably two sides who told Gay Tony to pick and choose. Gay Tony probably picked the one who offered drugs and money. Maybe against the Ancelottis? And so now Luis has to take care of it. ''Welcome to the party!''-Ray Bulgarin Seriously, wtf is Ray doing with a guitar? It's funny because I heard someone was playing Guitar Hero before the trailer went up. Is he trying to make money off of a band? I don't know at all, however this must be where Luis and Ray are in good terms with each other before their friendship goes bust. ''Things look crazy and uh, I somehow lost my pants!''-Unknown Now some people believe that the guy that has his back turned on the camera is Yusif Amir, the same guy who Playboy X worked for in Destruction for Beginners, but I believe that the guy without the pants is actually Yusif. He is from Dubai and there are some scrict rules in Dubai, so I'm guessing that he came to Liberty City to have ''some fun'' . His relatives or business associates or whomever decides to see him unexpected, and sadly he is caught up in some freaky game. Now this man isn't probably isn't Yusif, but more than likely it's true and we will be working for Yusif, hopefully along side Playboy X. ''Take your life more seriously baby...Don't end up like your father''-Ms.Lopez Ofcourse this is the outcry of a mother to her son. The father is absent, maybe murdered, and the mother is just trying to look out for her son. Ofcourse Luis, the son, tells her not to worry and that he knows that he has made mistakes but things are better. Bullsh*t. Luis is trying to comfort her in this scene and probably looks out for her a lot. Caring for her a lot, every chance he gets. I don't know if it's me but it looks like she has a cast on her left arm. Maybe she is in bad shape? (cont.) ''Ay mami, por favor (please)...how many times do we have to go over this?'' Obviously she always remind him of this. I grew up with my Dominican friends in the Bronx and their family, and I like how the scene in the trailer captures the background of the neighborhood and the bond between mother and son. This reminds me of my friend's mother always yelling at us in Spanish whenever we got into trouble. I like how Rockstar captured the Jamaicans in the regular GTA Iv and so I hope they impliment a sort of heritge lifestyle in TBoGT aswell. Though I hope it's more deep. ''Gay Tony you will always be the king of this town, you are this town''- Luis Lopez Luis is basically boosting Gay Tony's confidence, showing great loyalty. This cutscene I think is part of ''I made a deal with the devil'' I think. Speculations? Edited September 1, 2009 by buffalosoulj4h20
dre120v
Actually Gay Tony says," I've done a deal with the wrong devil man". Possibly meaning the U L Paper.

''I made a deal with the devil''-Gay Tony Who did Gay Tony make a deal to? The Ancelottis? His drug dealer ( because of his drug addiction )? Or somebody else. In this case, ofcourse Luis must resolve this issue or kill the person before they know that Gay Tony wants out of the deal. ''Welcome to the party!''-Ray Bulgarin Seriously, wtf is Ray doing with a gutar? It's funny because I heard someone was playing Gutar Hero before the trailer went up. Is he trying to make money off of a band? I don't know at all, however this must be where Luis and Ray are in good terms with each other before their friendship goes bust. This cutscene I think is part of ''I made a deal with the devil'' I think. Speculations? Interesting thoughts. I think the devil Gay Tony made a deal with Bulgarin... in this case as his loanshark. I had a theory some time ago that in order to pay for the diamonds after incurring bad debts, gay tony borrowed the money from the russians but couldn't make the payments.... so when Tony goes to collect the diamonds with Luis and Bulgarin turns up it would make sense when Bulgarin says they are his diamonds (figuratively speaking). Huang Leeroy
I don't know at all, however this must be where Luis and Ray are in good terms with each other before their friendship goes bust. This got me thinking. What if Ray heard about the Diamond-Gracie exchange from Luis? Maybe he overhead him talking about it with Tony or Luis actually told him? Rucke
Hmm... this is interesting. I love the storyline of the GTA games, always high quality. Now I think this "I've done a deal with the wrong devil man" has something to do with these diamonds that connects GTA IV, TLAD and TBOGT. I got no idea who this "wrong devil" is. It will be interesting to find out.

Ray is holding a gun of some sort its the guy behind him holding the guiatr! As in what is he doing with a guy that's holding a guitar... Matter of fact, the wrong devil can be, you know, since it is the criminal underworld and there are a lot of devils, he could just mean that he dealt with the one that would f*ck him over. Not necessarily two devils. Edited September 1, 2009 by buffalosoulj4h20
JOSEPH X
Thanks for posting that Buff, I had no idea what Luis said to his Mom. As for the story, that`s gotta be a Gomez, or Willy Valerio. That`s an aspect of the story I`m really looking forward to - conflicting loyalties.
Guanxi
I think you might be right about the the guy with the strange underwear being Yusuf Amir rather than the Sheik in the pic. That would be very funny scenario very similar to Bernie Craine if Omid Djalili apparently were to play such a role, coming to Liberty City to be himself but in the process get's caught in the act literally with his pants down. And yea, that is probably what I'm most looking forward too also. I love the street gang lifestyle in all GTAs. I'm more leaning towards that he's Gomez for some reason, because of a guess, nothing evident at all. @Guanxi: lol exactly.
The Notorious MOB
Yeah it's a gun.. We then see him in a Later scene giving it to Luis and telling him "The Money doesn't Dance my friend" I'd say Luis goes somewhere (looks like a bar) and Bulgarin is there and he gives him a gun to do a mission with. I also believe Bulgarin is the "Wrong Devil" that Tony speaks of and Luis has to do the mission for him because he has him and Tony by the balls. scarp1996
''I made a deal with the wrong devil''-Gay Tony Maybe the "devil" is Ray, maybe luis works for him, then double cross him(doesn't give him a dimond cut)and then they are on bad terms. The Notorious MOB
I'd say Luis try's to rip on him about the guy playing the guitar by saying "What's this Man? You wanna dance or somethin?" then Bulgarin replies "The Money Doesn't Dance My friend" Just a stab in the dark...
shinsta312
In the diamond deal, I think it's pretty clear that Bulgarin sent Luis to retrieve the diamonds in the museum. But because Niko and Packie had Gracie, they decided to give the diamonds back behind Bulgarin's back.

I think they buy the diamonds for Bulgarin and then they get stolen, he then tells them to get them back from the Museum and then they don't because of the Gracie thing like you said. JOSEPH X
How about Niko robs the diamond money from the bank, they then get a loan from Bulgarin - but only if his band can do gigs at GT`s club.

Leo Colt
The devil is Bulgarin. He's gonna be the main antagonist I'm sure. I agree. It's certain he will be the main antagonist, or at least a secondary. I think that Tony made a deal with Bulgarin, who then requests them to retrieve the diamonds in order to call it even.
