it could happen, they did it before with cj meeting claude on that catalina mission, but i do agree the liklyhood of this happening is quite low

It's already been proven that Luis is not going to see Niko other than those three appearances (Three Leaf Clover, Museum Piece, Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend). And No, it won't end beyond "IV"'s ending.

The canon of the storyline. If Niko just randomly shows up in TBOGT for the fourth time, it wouldn't make sense, because we didn't see Luis for the fourth time.

Ok, answer this. Why would Niko seek out Tony or vice versa? They have no reason to even think about the other they're just 2 random people in the city.

@ Slomojoe I said I'm Done! angry.giflol.gif No, But really, Gay Tony would be the one to hire them/bring them together. He seems to know alot of people anyway, so maybe he would want/need Niko as extra Muscle. But that's just a Guess.

 

EDIT:

I mean, the Trailer is called “You’ll Always Be the King of this Town”. confused.gif Maybe he's just Powerful like that. And I'm sure Niko could use the extra Money.

Luis works for Gay Tony who has close ties with The Ancelotti who have connections with the Russians.

 

Niko killed both Russians and Ancelotti so I doubt Luis would work for him. Maybe Luis will be in Niko's missions like burning down Roman's Cab Depot and Apartment Building. So unless He betrays Tony and needs help I don't think Luis would just jump ship and work with Niko.

Not really. You ever heard of someone just doing something for Money and seeing how good the competition is so... They buy them out.

Uh....

 

Okay. Niko meant Gay Tony when they were exchanging Gracie (Tony's daughter) for the diamonds. This was close to the conclusion of GTA IV. Bulgarin messed the meeting up.

 

Second it is Luis that is telling Gay Tony (he even starts by saying Gay Tony) that he will always be king of the town....

I doubt it. Niko played a huge part in kidnapping Gracie and I doubt Tony and Luis would want anything to do with him. They'd probably want him dead.
