I just can't see someone like Amir getting people to do his dirty work if he's going around jacking trains and sh*t though, which is why I think Tamir could actually be right. The way Rockstar a currently pumping out the info though we may find out pretty soon. I say less info on new cars and weapons and more naming of mysterious characters from trailers!! We'll we know that the underpants guy is Yusuf Amir, and I have no doubt that the old lady is Luis' mom or maybe a grandma/aunt. Did anyone catch the scene in the new trailer where the UC reporter is buying guns out of the back of an SUV (Cavalcade?) from a guy with a Latino accent that happens to look quite a bit like the "Captain Downtown" guy? He's also wearing that same jacket that Luis wears. It might not be the same guy, but I'm sure they are all Northwood Dominicans... and I bet this guy (be it Willy, Oscar, or Alonso) is the guy that Luis calls for guns. As far as the identity of the characters go.. I did say that we dont know who half of the characters are. Well its really only the girl and the Latino guy but still... If you pause the video at the right time the muzzleflash lights up his face and it looks nothing like Tony.
