He probably means that he's the first to suggest it so far, and is confident that it will happen. Although I wouldn't be surprised to see this, I wouldn't really expect it to happen. I'm pretty sure that Tommy Vercetti wasn't gay either. And he doesn't have to be, the brighter colours like that would fit with the general setting of the game. It is still LC. Isn;t their a picture of the hud of that guy playing BOGT when on parachute. EDIT: Heres the Picture no Bright colours that i can see. Although, that being said, it doesn't look as though that guy has much health left. So the blue might be a map marker that the on screen text (highlighted in blue) is referring to.
