Same sh*t happened to me. f*ck MS, it's bs they only allow a certain amount of activations with one key. I just went and picked up a copy of Shadowrun in a bargain bin for $10, you can use the key from other gfwl titles to sign in. Lately I've been using xliveless because imo the MP for GTA is boring. In this thread buddy had the same problem and it took him a while for MS to give him a new key, but he was successful in getting one.
