CryptReaperDorian Posted August 31, 2009 Share Posted August 31, 2009 (edited) Since it's now confirmed that there is a new helicopter that's based off the AH-6 Little Bird, what do you think it's going to be called? First off, it's not like the Little Willie. The Little Willie was based off the gyrocopter, not the AH-6 Little Bird. I wish the people who played the demo said or looked at what the helicopter was called. Right now, there is also going to be atleast a second new helicopter (the one Luis skydives out of). Anyways, I think the new small helicopter is going to be called the SparrowHawk. When looking at the AH-6 Little Bird you'll mainly notice how small it is and how the front is mostly just a window kind of like the Sparrow/SeaSparrow even though the Sparrow/SeaSparrow isn't based off nearly the same helicopter. If you check the full size screen of the new chopper, you can clearly see rocket launchers mounted on the outside on both sides, and what looks to be 2 machine guns mounted in between them. The article makes it seem like only 1 of each are fireable. I hope this isnt the case. I wouldnt mind a rocket launcher on 1 side, and a machine gun mounted on the other. But if they're going to have 1 of each on both sides, I hope they're both functional. Even for looks sake it'll be cool. But I wouldnt want them to give us it for that, if you cant use them.
