First of all, there some guy on LPR who calls himself something what sounds like "eichimoh" and he is against medicine, or drugs, as he says. What's the right spelling of eichimoh?

 

Secondly, is Fernando on any station in GTA 4? He is definately not on PLR and Vladivostok FM, and I miss him, he was with us for so long.

Did you mean PLR (Public Liberty Radio) where one of the presenters is "Mike Reilly" on Intelligent Agenda?

 

Or do you mean LRR (Liberty Rock Radio) with Iggy Pop?

I believe he's talking about Mason Waylon, holistic healer, from PLR's "Pacemaker." The OP said he was against drugs, so that's what I'm guessing (Mason said that he was against most drugs).

 

Also, no. Sadly, Fernando is not on any station. I don't even know if he was mentioned.

None of the Radio DJs from the past, with the exception of Lazlow, have returned. All of radio DJs are well known celebrities, and all of the talk show hosts are completely new people, except for Lazlow, of course.
