radioman Posted August 31, 2009 Share Posted August 31, 2009 The Ice Cream truck Jingle is like the emergency vehicle's sirens, you have to TAP the horn key, NOT press it, to successfully activate the Jingle/Siren-depending on the vehicle you're in.
