Since my topic was locked i couldnt respond to the last posts made however, I want to make it clear that I am new to ps3 and gta4 just heard there was a way to improve your vehicles looks threw modding I WAS NEVER INTERESTED IN STEALING COPYING OR EVEN DLING GAMES. hell this is a borrowed system i'm using also i apologise if I broke forum rules as I have stated I am new to all this. my original question was meant to convey the request to find out how I can tune up the apperance of a vehicle on gta4 eg. car labels and uniforms thanks this is my last post on this sight just had to be clear.

There is a reason why we allow discussion of PC modding and not console modding. A PC is an open system, the only way to mod a console is to use illegal mod chips and illegal copies of the game.

exactly, just look at COD4's thing, godmode is basically a mod, but it was done by simply changing some stuff on your savegame.

Yeah but is he asking for help on COD 4 ? No he is asking how to mod the vehicles in GTA 4 on the console that cannot be done with a simple "save game hack" can it ? The fact is you can potentially mod GTA 4 on the 360 but that necessitates using an illegal downloaded copy of the game to do it and reburning the game to disc once it has been modified and as last time I looked that couldn't get any more illegal if you tried.
