At certain times it's supposed to show text it doesn't or it cuts some of the text off. I'm using 7 fxt files - one for District names, one for added car names, one for each of the 3 missions, one for mission names and one for extra text. All of them work except the one for mission 3, where some of them don't. CCM21 Mr V (on phone): Claude? Hello?CCM22 ....CCM23 Mr V (on phone): Um ok, well anyway Claude I need a driver, you in? CCM24 Mr V (on phone): Come to my hotel and knock on the door.CCM25 Mr V: Right. Me and Mr Rosenberg need to get to the airport, but be quick.CCM27 Drive to the airport before the bikers waste them.CCM28 Mr V: No, go around the back, you think I'd be allowed thorugh security with the heat in the trunk?CCM211 Go to the airport hangers.CCM212 Mr V: Nice driving kid, there's hope for you yet, I'm off to Liberty.CCM213 Mr V: I got a friend who owns the Fully Cocked Gun Shop, and hey, I'm feeling generous. CCM214 Mr V: I'll pick you up something nice, as long as you get here when I get back.CCM215 There's Mr V.CCM216 Get back in the Stretch!CCM217 Get in his car.CCM2D Mr V: Ok, guess you are anyway. CCM2A Mr V: Those bikers don't like me ever since i had some... CCM2B Mr V: Erm, fun with a rocket launcher and their bikes. CCM2C Mr V: Oh and one more thing... CCM23 only shows "Mr V (on phone): Um ok, well anyway Claude I" CCM2D, CCM2A, CCM2B and CCM2C don't even show up. Does anyone know what's wrong?? Works by me. I used exactly your posted code snippets and changed only $ACTOR_TOMMY in $PLAYER_ACTOR. If you use notepad, make shure to don't have a space at the end of a line. In a mission when you set your car on fire and you need that car for the mission (e.g. Sweets car) it tells you to get back in when you dive out. But if you have a friend with you (like Sweet) they will stay in the car and die. I was wondering, which opcode makes them stay in the car when it's on fire?
