sirusxxxx Posted August 30, 2009 Share Posted August 30, 2009 (edited) Im looking for a effects package which was completely overhauled, the vehicles.txd alone was around 13MB I think. When you smashed the window out it left shattered pieces of glass still around the frame. It had 3d wheel models and some other effects as well. It also had 4 red dots to aim in game. The creators name started With a "A" and you didnt have to install any txd models. If you have an idea about what I am refering to please reply or drop me a pm.
