What I think happened was-Caesar called me to do Pier 69 right after I killed Jizzy-but one of Jizzy's men was still shooting me while I was talking to Caesar so I had to hang up abruptly, so I didn't hear Caesar tell me to meet him anywhere. So finally I'm like "what is this garage icon down by the piers? i should go check it out. I go down there thinking it might be that girl-but then I see a red marker, walk into it-and see good old caesar hollering at me from the roof. Damn...to think of all the sh*t I went through just for missing that phone call! Okay, I'm playing the 360 Xbox Live version of San Andreas. I think it might be messed up. I can NOT get out of San Fierro to save my LIFE! I was looking up help before-to see if anyone else had this problem-and people kept emphasizing to just do EVERYTHING there was to do, so I didn't want to post this until I had. Well, now I have. There are NO new missions in San Fierro available to me. Car school? Did it. Passed all 12 tests. Zero's missions? Did them. I played with that stupid nerd's toys until I was blue in the face and finally helped him beat Berkley in the stupid army game. Wuzi & Jizzy? Of course. Wuzi already left San Fierro-said he would call me, & Jizzy is dead & I have his phone. Still-there is NO red marker at the garage in S.F., or anywhere else. I think this version of the game just sucks, and I'm done! No Las Venturas missions I guess! This is BS! I mean, I had this game on the PS2 when it came out, & I beat it. Now I have a 360 and I was bored so I wanted to beat it again. But I guess I can't. I really don't think there is anything left for me to do to unlock missions. I know I wasn't this confused the first time I played this game. The transition from S.F. to the desert was pretty easy-probably because the original game WORKED! So if someone can give me advice on how to move this game along, please tell me because obviously I need it. But don't be an idiot & tell me to do something I've already done-WHICH IS DAMN NEAR EVERYTHING!!!! I even stole money from the courier once! Do I have to do it twice? Is there some kind of car stealing thing I have to do first, because even though I passed driving school-I still can't buy that dealership...but like I said-I don't remember that being necessary the first time I played the game. I remember going back to San Fierro to steal cars and even do some of Zero's missions after I had already beaten the game! Girish Posted August 30, 2009 Share Posted August 30, 2009 Can you tell us the last mission that you completed? Have you done 'Yay Ka Boom Boom'? That is the mission that opens up the next area (desert) and the next set of storyline missions. The marker for this mission should be at Doherty garage. If you can't see the marker, try walking to the place where the marker generally is and see if you can trigger the mission. JAJ Posted August 30, 2009 Share Posted August 30, 2009 Sometimes (in the PC version & why couldn't it happen in XBox?) the red mission trigger dissappears & can still be triggered by walking CJ into the area where it should be. Znd Posted August 30, 2009 Author Share Posted August 30, 2009 Yeah see that is the problem-I can't get Yay Ka Boom Boom to start! That is the mission that should be available to me now. Also, I am now standing directly in front of the door to the garage in Doherty. Nothing's happening. The last mission I did overall was Zero's Army One....and like I said-Jizzy is dead, I have his phone, and I already did the underwater/device planting mission for Wuzi, and he left San Fierro. radioman Posted August 30, 2009 Share Posted August 30, 2009 First off, what version of the game do you have? PC and Consoles have like 3 different versions. Also, something that has worked for me, is to drive back to LA, then back to SF and walking all around the garage and eventually the mission will trigger, provided you have all the other stuff done. if that fails, you can always upload your save to gtasnp.com, and someone can check your save for you. The same site can also be used for SnP requests too. He's on Xbox. GTASnP is only for PC saves. Besides, looking at the edit in his first post, it seems he has solved the problem.
