Theres a cheat 4 vcs cheat device wich changes VCS into a version of a CTW edition! U can find this in the VCS page but i thaught since this is a ctw version, it will be best to be at the ctw page! So Here it is! 03stevensmi Posted August 30, 2009 Author Share Posted August 30, 2009 (edited) if u realy want change it 2 make it good, just mod your gta3psp.img using yail and change 2 a cool charector so your not playing as vic, put some 80's music on your own custom radio stations plus wen u got 6*, it is F*CKING LETHAL and the graphics are 50x better than CTW on ds and this even makes the psp graphics better than wat the game normaly looks wen the cheat is abled!! CTW HAS COME 2 PSP EARLY! BUT WITH MINT GRAPHICS AND A DIFFERENT CITY!! ScratchCard: if u read this post before i changed it, sorry! i read ur post wrong! i thaught u sead somthing els! 03stevensmi Posted September 4, 2009 Author Share Posted September 4, 2009 yeah! me 2! but the only probem is that the graphics for it comming to the psp are CRAP! and thats on the screen shots and the screen shots always look more better and more realistic! imagine what it'll be like wen u actually play the game 4 your self! At least my cheat has more character to it! u should check it out! i've just been playing on it and It's pritty cool wen theres a pollice helicopter flying above u and its even better wen they drop down from the rope! u can get a brilient view on what the heli and swat are doing! I don't think r* will create a top down game and let u fly! but som1 would probibly create a cheat 4 the game 2 fly wen it comes out! the heli is probibly a drivable vehicle what u cant acsess with out some tipe of coding! like LCS flyable Vehicles! u can't acsess them witout a cheat device. or a cheat device to create it to a game save! but then agean there is ways to get a heli without game saves or coding!
