I'd like to stick with getting it through XBL like I did with TLAD but I am running low on hard drive space so I am not sure what I'll do. Firstly I should finish TLAD, yes would you believe I am only half-way through it!?

If I end up getting a 360 I'll be going with the disk version for 3 reasons:

1-I'm not gonna pay for XBL!! Been there, done that, wasn't worth the $$$

2-From the pics of EFLC it looks like Luis is using a bike from TLAD...which makes sense since they're on the same disc. I seriously doubt that the cars/weapons from TLAD will be on the stand-alone BOGT even if you already have TLAD installed.

3-I just like to pay for/own a PHYSICAL object.

I'll download it so I'll have TBOGT songs in all the GTA episodes. Damn, I wish I had a bigger harddrive.

Is there really any proof that that's the only way you can get all three songs? I doubt it. I think EFLC will have all three songs as well.

DL it I already DLed LaD seems like a waste of money to pay and extra 20 just for the disc version.

I'll probably do the download but I'm thinking about deleting TLAD from my hard drive to free up some space and buy the EFLC

I'm not currently online with my 360, so I haven't even purchased the last episode yet, let alone played it. This episodic content malarky is all new to me as you can imagine, so I'll be buying the "Episodes Of Liberty City" when it finally hits shelves. I can't wait.

Both options aren't bad. But I rather get it via XBL because I already spent $20 on TLAD, I might as well spend another $20 for TBOGT.

Absolutely. Why buy something twice. DLC for me, I have already requested that day off at work.

I'm not, I don't have Xbox either PS3 and I'm not planning to buy them.

Good for you, you little troll what the hell are you doing here? Besides just adding negative comments because your self esteem is wicked low.

I will be buying the Episodes from Liberty City package. I have an 360 Elite, but I haven't set up my XBL account yet nor have I gotten TLAD, so I will just get both. The plan is that I won't touch BOGT until I have completed TLAD. May be hard to do seeing as how BOGT looks tons better than TLAD.

I already downloaded TLAD through LIVE but i have a question:

Must I have LIVE Gold Membership to download TBOGT?

If not, def. going to download. No point in buying TLAD again, but now I regret downloading it now that you can actually own both games on one disk.

I'm buying the episodes disc. I have not played TLAD yet cause I got banned from live for modding my Xbox. This will be awesome, getting to play both for the 1st time simultaneously. Soon afer I'll probably get another box because I do miss the online gta action.

DLC by a landslide:

Pros:

1: can switch between all 3 characters without getting off my couch. Could theoretically switch between stories to play the whole game in chronological order without switching discs.

2: similar to the last one: can get game without getting my ass off the couch

3: don't have to wait for store to open, the game is on my hard drive the second everyone else gets it.

4: music changes from DLC applied to vanilla game, presumably "TBoGT" will go back to "TLaD" too.

5: I have the 120g harddrive, might as well use it.

6: Paying for "TLaD" again makes no f*cking sense whatsoever.

Cons:

#1: I like physical media.

1. Xbox Live Silver is free. i've never payed a dime for Xbox live and i was able to download TLAD just fine (ordered it off of amazon.com). with silver you can't play multiplayer but you can download lots of cool stuff like free demos and new wallpapers and even some shows.

2. don't know if this is true or not, if it is it may sway me to get the disc

3. me too, but i also love being able to turn on my 360 with IV inserted and switch between three games without swapping discs and also being able to hear all of the music on Niko's IV.

I used to be for downloading it but now i'm kind of on the fence after finding out that it won't be available to pre-order online (you have to buy MS points then buy it on Xbox live).

1.) You got me there. I pay $8 dollars a month for XBL Gold.

2.) We'll see.

3.) I rather have all three games available within one disc. Just put in "IV" and once I download TBOGT, I'll have three games to choose from without ever changing discs. Plus, I save $20, as I already have TLAD.

^ $8 a month? is it that much bigger in the US? its only 5$ a month in Canada

Anyway, EFLC. My IV disk is scratched beyond repair, and I dont have TLAD in the first place.

like i said in my other post you don't need Xbox Live gold to download DLC. Believe me I was very concerned about this when TLAD came out but found out that my 100% free silver account (which every xbox 360 owner has by default) will suffice. i've played online multiplayer for free too. when i got TLAD it came with a month free of xbox live. i only went online twice. it didn't really do much for me. i'm very much a solitary gamer and prefer to game alone (unless it's offline - in that case the more the merrier!)

I shall be downloading this from Xbox Live, the disk of the two episodes doesn't appeal to me since I dont have any interest in TLAD.
