This might be yet another tie in between storylines... In the mission right after "museum piece" were Nico is sent to get Johnny and ends up chasing 2 lost members through the underground tunnels "No Way on the Subway", You head over the Algonquin bridge and there's a derailed train, or what looks like a train crash, that causes you to detour onto the walkway of the bridge... that train derailment happens at the end of the Algonquin bridge (very close to were Luis is walking). Sure, it's a bit of a strech to assume that it happens at the same time, but the fact that he's walking on a train in the same area that a train derails in Nico's storyline may be a hint of a suttle overlap. It's never explained why the train is derailed like that in IV, and I just assumed it was to spice up the chase, but the photo leads me to think otherwise... guess I'll have to wait till october to find out. I think it`s Luis` part in 3LC, he gets the rest of the cash then chases Niko and the McReary`s into the subway, looting assault rifles off all the dead NOOSE. He arrives in Emerald station as the boys are killing the last NOOSE and running up the tunnel, at which point he`s prompted to jump on top of one of the trains, but sees them escape up the service stairwell so he stays on top of the train. Easton station is crawling with cops by the time he gets there, so he tries to lay low on top of the train only to be spotted as the train pulls out of the station. This puts him on four stars and the police choppers are waiting for him as the train surfaces in Broker. He brings down the choppers and escapes via Hove Beach or Shottler station. Good, eh? I think TLC may open up something to do with the Liberty City Gun Club. It's probably more than a coincedence that Eugene and Luis greeted and told each other their names (unless that part was just to introduce Luis in Niko's story). Yea they're already derailed when you get there, I just re~did that mission... at the end of the bridge there are two trains derailed and it looks like one of the cars went through the side of the bridge and ended up in the water below ( the side of the bridge has columns knocked out) and that's were you detour onto the walkway during the chase... check it out in the mission video or re~do the mission... looks suspicious to me. IMO, the the train wreck had nothing to do with the BOGT pic for several reasons. One is that even though the wrecks are in the same area, there not in the same spot and the trains in the mission don't go out into the street. Also, in real life there have been multiple train wrecks, and in LC I assume it's no different. Lastly, it was probably just a mission thing to stop the subway chase. You have to use the yacht to escape the bank in "Three leaf clover", then you get picked up in the mini helicopter and have to parachute down to "Musuem Piece" , then escape and rush over to the train and walk along the top until you get to the sewage works for " Diamonds are a girls best friend"... drive off into the sunset in a tampa, role credits. If so, does it remain after you fail the mission? Yea, it remains after the mission is failed, but not if you drive away and come back... I stopped the bike and walked around abit... not much to look at aside from just two trains derailed, but just seems like a weird coincidence to come across, especially after seeing the first screen shot. Joseph, the point he's trying to make is that Luis could be the cause of the train wreck. You know, the train he's walking on in the picture is one of the derailed trains in the mission. I must say that I was also thinking about a possible connection in this mission yesterday myself. This is purely speculation right here and I am extremely aware the odds of this actually happening are slim to none, but how awesome would it be if Luis was the one who killed Jim? In the canon story I mean when he crashes into the train and isn't killed by Niko. Wouldn't it be awesome to actually be driving the train when it happens? But he`s on a train that`s moving between that location and Hove Beach, but I get what you`re saying. gtanext.de are saying the mission has nothing to do with IV or TLAD - so I guess that means it does. It could be him chasing Jim Fitz, but I but I don`t see how the choppers could get involved between the train surfacing and that point. If you look closely you can see that the fire is from an exploded helicopter. The burnt, falling carcass of the helicopter can be seen in the middle left side of the picture Right you are. Maybe planes in TBOGT? Looks like some of that level headed realism is going out of the window for TBOGT... Walking on trains, parachuting... What next? Firstly, where's this parachuting thing coming from? I don't see anything in those shots involving a parachute. Secondly, That shadow of the plane could be somewhere around the Bohan/FIA area. Don't forget, the planes get quite low there. Lastly, in regard to the walking on the train screen shot. Remember the screen shot from TLaD that showed Johnny jumping from the broken wall in Algonquin onto a moving train? That wasn't in the game. Working, playing Xbox etc. I don't really come online too often, so I end up missing stuff. And to Money Over Bullsh*t, here is where I think that heli explosion is.
