I can't confirm it... but if that's true that would be really f*cking cool. It's about bloody time we've been given some information (albeit unofficially, but hey ho) to speculate and debate about. The possible new guns look awesome and am I right in assuming that that helicopter resembles the old Sparrow/Sea Sparrow? Now that would be a nice little addition. I'm definitely thinking it's Yusef Amir as two characters in the one game with Arab names that sound that similar is a bit too unlikely to be true. Wenis IV Posted August 28, 2009 Share Posted August 28, 2009 I flew around with a chopper and tried to 'recreate' the screenshot of where luis is jumping from, and it is from the top of the building right in the middle of timesquare on the west side, it kind of has a star shaped roof with a helicopter pad on top (has purple lights on it at night). The building directly in front of him I'm not sure of the name, but the ones in the background at the left are the Panoramic buildings, and the one to the right is the GetALife building. Last couple releases nobody saw anything unless they were the chosen ones invited to a secret location where they would be blindfolded and taken to a more-secret location. OK, I exaggerate slightly. Now, Rockstar just set up a booth, virtually unannounced, at a random convention and let whoever happened to be there play the game and take pics. That's a switch. Yeah, and I should probably mention now (I was very paranoid about getting anyone fired, so was careful with specifics) that my friend from the games store who got to play a mission did so at this conference for games retailers in Australia. And that was at the start of this month. I thought that was a cool switch for them too. Of course they're still doing the top secret media embargo stuff they've always done, this time with gamescom. It'll be interesting to see how much advertising and marketing pushes the EFLC logo vs. just the TBOGT logo. Maybe there is never a pure TBOGT trailer.
