I suspect the DLC will do worse.  With EFLC coming out, there isn't much incentive to get the download as there was for TLAD.  I'm buying both, so that'll make up for one, I guess.

I'm buying a TBOGT box so I can have the boxart and map from it, and I'm buying EFLC so I can play off my disk and free up HDD space. My point was that I'm buying both, not picking one over the other.

i now that but really both dlc are in there and as you said it wouldn't sell as much as the last because of the disc but the dlc is still there soooo. yea.

It being available on disc will probably make it so the download itself will not exceed lost and damned but I think the disk with both expansions on it will probably outsell lost and damned downloads by a ways though.

They'll sell at least a million downloads just because it has the GTA logo on it.

and you can imagine that almost half of the original TLaD downloads were from kids on XBL, i can't see many of the kids asking mommy for the money to download anything with the word Gay in the title.

I don't think there was a projected target involved in their exclusive contract. It was just a $50 mil deal to make the 2 DLCs 360-exclusive.

BOGT will more than likely outsell TLAD. I think the theme alone will push its sells/downloads way ahead of TLAD. I am sure there are a lot more fans of the whole night club/night life theme than the biker them. Also, it may even attract gay gamers.

Read on Tech Spots' articles that video gaming on the whole is down a dramatic 16% right now, everything is in the hole due to economy across the board. Sad to say. But they mention the bright spot is accessories sales are up, and that indicates that consumers are happy with their base systems and are complimenting them, even a DLC expansion pack falls in this realm of the market they seem to suggest.
